The person we are looking for, based on his/her experience and following an adequate period of coaching, will be responsible for the technical management of all directly assigned jobs. As CAD Project Manager, he/she has the task of managing a more or less complex project and bringing it to conclusion respecting the time and budget constraints set from a mechanical point of view.
In particular he/she has to:
- plan, coordinate resources and monitor the progress of the project towards the achievement of the objectives;
- define the times for realization and delivery of order supplies on the basis of the customer’s specifications;
- review the technical tables to be sent to production and ensure compliance with all regulations;
supervise the assembly phases by interacting with the workshop; - interact with suppliers and manufacturers for all the mechanical parts;
- participate in technical meetings both with customers and with other project team colleagues.
It is required:
- Master’s Degree in Engineering or similar (preferential but non-binding requirement).
- At least 4 years’ experience as a project designer (of machines) and/or mechanical Project Manager (of plants).
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical design softwares (Autocad 2D/Inventor 3D) (preferred requirement).
- We also evaluate graduates but with at least 8 years of experience in plant design and external resource management.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Good communication skills (internal and external).

MECHANICAL DESIGNER
The ideal person is a Mechanical Designer who will be included in the technical office team and will have the task of creating 3D models and 2D technical tables. He/she will report directly to the Project Management for the verification of the documents produced.
In particular, he/she will deal with:
- three-dimensional modeling of the machines that will make up the plant;
- creation of 2D tables for the construction of the equipment;
- respect of delivery times.
It is required:
- Three-year degree in mechanical engineering (preferential but non-binding requirement).
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Mechanical Designer (of machines).
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical design softwares (preferable but not binding Autocad 2D/Inventor 3D).
- We also evaluate graduates but with a technical diploma (mechanical expert, etc.) and proven experience in technical offices.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
