Innovation, Sustainability, and Networking: NTE Process hosts the Business Club at the NTE Scientific Hub

Pessano con Bornago (MI), January 23, 2026 – Last night’s meeting at the NTE Scientific Hub in Pessano con Bornago, an exclusive event organized in collaboration between NTE Process Srl and the Circolo delle Imprese association, was a great success.

The association, known for being the first free network in Italy that promotes meetings and sharing between entrepreneurs and professionals, chose the NTE Process headquarters as a strategic location to explore the themes of innovation and sustainability, fundamental pillars for the growth of the local and national entrepreneurial fabric.

A Dialogue between Engineering and Strategy

The heart of the evening was a discussion moderated by Fabio Papa, Scientific Director of I-AER (Institute of Applied Economic Research) and strategic consultant to the Board of Directors of NTE Process. During the talk, Fabio Novelli, CEO & President of NTE Process, illustrated the company’s business model as a single source provider of industrial plants.

The presentation touched on key points such as:

• The ability to support the customer from engineering to the start-up of turnkey plants.
• Excellence in bulk material handling and advanced process solutions.
• The push towards digital transition and the implementation of Industry 4.0 logic.
• Sustainability as a strategic lever for industry.

Field Experience and Networking

At the end of the conference session, guests enjoyed an immersive experience inside the NTE Scientific Hub. The guided tour took in the company’s key facilities—the pilot plant, laboratory, warehouse, and production department—allowing participants to see firsthand the technologies that make NTE Process a leader in the sector.

The evening ended with a networking cocktail party, which was essential for strengthening ties and exchanging best practices in an atmosphere of open collaboration.
