FISPAL TECNOLOGIA 2023

For the second consecutive year, we exhibited at Fispal Tecnologia held from June 27 to 30 in Sao Paulo, Brazil – the largest Latin America’s business event in the sectors of food, beverage, protein and packaging.

Here the main technologies presented:

• dilute phase pneumatic conveying systems;
• dense phase pneumatic conveying systems combined with Air Assist® technology to allow slow conveying speed, reduction of piping and components abrasion, conveying of mixtures with reduced segregation of ingredients, conveying restart when pipeline full of product (non-purging concept) and low air consumption;
• air mixing through Air Mixer M244/M277 & Jetmixer® M531/M537 that allow temperature conditioning (heating or cooling), humidity control, coloring and scenting during mixing by powder and liquid addition, vacuum degassing;
• in-line recipes’ formulation, through Wonderbatch®, that avoids the risk of contamination between individual batches, allowing in-line changeover from one bag to another, and increasing production up to 300% with a 40% time saving compared to the use of traditional systems.
