NTE Process at Tire Technology Expo 2025: Innovation and Solutions for the Tire Industry.

The Tire Technology Expo 2025 in Hannover has just concluded, once again proving to be a key event for innovations in the tire industry. During the exhibition, NTE Process showcased its cutting-edge technologies, attracting great interest from industry professionals thanks to their ability to enhance efficiency, precision, and reliability in production processes.

One of the highlights was our case study on a plant developed for one of the leading manufacturers of passenger car radial (PCR) tires. The goal? To design a highly efficient masterbatch line capable of handling complex materials such as carbon black, silica, polymers, oils, and bulk chemicals.

Thanks to the implementation of our advanced solutions, the customer achieved:
