PNEUMATIC MIXING – TECHNOLOGY ON DISPLAY AT OUR BOOTH!
NTE Process’ pneumatic mixing technology is based on state-of-the-art air mixers (Air Mixer M244 – Silo Mixer M277 & Jetmixer® M531) using impulses of compressed air or other inert gases.
The absence of mechanical parts inside the mixer – and therefore in contact with the product- makes it possible to obtaining product blends with different dosages, bulk density, and particle sizes quickly and effectively.
SPRAY DRYING – TECHNOLOGY ON DISPLAY AT OUR BOOTH!
Spray Drying is a rapid and efficient technology that uses patented atomizing nozzles to atomize liquid or slurries compounds of different viscosities quickly and efficiently, producing engineered powders with very precise particle sizes.
The NTE Process solutions for dry grinding, micronization and dosing are able to achieve high fineness targets at the micron level, while preserving the organoleptic qualities of the processed raw materials.
Whether itis coconut, coffee, tea, spices, and much more, NTE Process milling systems represent the ideal solution for obtaining an extremely fine end product of the highest quality.
Our systems preserve the integrity and quality of the treated products and limit segregation phenomena (in the case of pneumatic transport of mixtures). Eco Dense-Tronic® is NTE Process’ patented solution that introduces an important technological evolution in the traditional dense-phase conveying systems: thanks to the use of Artificial Intelligence Air Assist® M533, you can control – electronically and remotely – the injection flow at each point and the optimal gas pressure profile (air, nitrogen, etc.) for the specific transport.
