WHISTLEBLOWING REPORTS

In compliance with Legislative Decree n. 24/2023, NTE Process has adopted a Whistleblowing channel: a web platform that allows stakeholders, the employees, and external stakeholders, suppliers and customers, to signal violations, crimes, unlawful behaviours and discriminations occurring within the Company so that the integrity, transparency and dignity of NTE Process cannot be undermined.

NTE Process started with an internal trial a few months ago – ahead of the legal timeframe – and then extended access to the platform to all stakeholders.

The dedicated section of the website explains in detail the modalities and process of reporting and gives the opportunity to consult the company’s approved Whistleblowing Procedure.
